Demetra Hicks is a licensed REALTOR® in both Georgia and Florida. She currently resides in Florida and often travels to Georgia where she was originally born and raised. She is currently working as a Broker Associate with La Rosa Realty Prestige, LLC. She is also the Branch Manager for their newest office location in Winter Haven, FL. 

She previously worked as a Project Manager at several major Atlanta companies including Turner Broadcasting, Georgia Tech, The Home Depot and AT&T to name a few. She brings the same level of tenacity, negotiation prowess and relationship building as she did in her earlier roles which is key to helping clients successfully achieve all their real estate goals. 

There is a clear distinction between being a real estate agent versus being a REALTOR® as there is a higher level of professionalism involved.
