I have been in the lending industry for over 30 years

assisting Realtors, builders and homeowners across Florida.

The Mattson Team includes myself, my three loan managers

which include Melanie Klimas, Parker Lillie and Celina Smith,

loan originator Julian Davis and our dedicated processor

Shenise Nelson. When you work with our team, you’ll feel

the difference. We work hard to get loans to closing and

provide exceptional customer service all along the way. Join

I am a member of the East Polk County Association of

Realtors, Lakeland Association of Realtors, and the Winter

Haven Chamber of Commerce. I take pleasure in being

very involved in the local community as a graduate of

Webber University. My husband Ron and I have a son, Julian,

two Golden Retrievers and two cats that are totally spoiled.

We own a blueberry farm in Winter Haven and are Polk

County natives. I am an avid Gator’s fan, love to go fishing

and spend as much time as possible on the water boating

with my family. My motto is “God First, Family Second,

Fishing & Sunsets The Rest Of The Time”.
