This course will familiarize students with the most widely used contract form in Florida. This contract is a joint effort by the Florida Realtors and the Florida Bar. It's used in all 67 counties by small and large Brokerages. Students will also discuss the Riders that can be used in circumstances where the standard contract by itself won't accomplish the objectives of the parties. Objectives: Identify and accurately complete the appropriate addenda to use in any situation List the timelines and parties for notification regarding mortgages commitments Explain the rights of a seller regarding repairs in an AS - IS contract Define the difference between mediation and arbitration By registering for this class you acknowledge the No-Show Fee Policy. • Cancellation and No-Show Fee Policy: By registering for this class, you acknowledge the No-Show Fee Policy which requires you to have a valid credit card on file or provide a $20 cash deposit with Osceola REALTORS®. No-Shows will result in a $20 dollar no-show fee and the EPCAR member's account will be locked until the no show fee is paid. Those who do not abide by the policy will not be allowed in the class.
