REALTORS are committed to abiding by fair housing laws and the Code of Ethics. But sometimes, our brains take shortcuts that can lead us astray. This Course teaches you tactics to interrupt stereotypical thinking and avoid fair housing pitfalls. You will learn about the mind science of identity and engage in exercises to help you foster business relationships with clients of all backgrounds. This class covers the Fair Housing requirement. Education Voucher disclaimer: Members using an education voucher must call the association to register, otherwise we cannot guarantee to refund you the cost of the royalty fee. Cancellation and No-Show Fee Policy: A $100 dollar Cancellation Fee will be added to your account if you do not cancel 48 hours prior to the start of class. • Cancellation and No-Show Fee Policy: By registering for this class, you acknowledge the No-Show Fee Policy which requires you to have a valid credit card on file or provide a $20 cash deposit with Osceola REALTORS®. No-Shows will result in a $20 dollar no-show fee and the EPCAR member's account will be locked until the no show fee is paid. Those who do not abide by the policy will not be allowed in the class. Cancellations must be in writing (2) business days to the start of the class and sent via email to education@osceola-realtors.com.
