Mandatory 3 hour Core Law is an update of current law and rule changes relative to the practice of real estate. 

• Cancellation and No-Show Fee Policy: By registering for this class, you acknowledge the No-Show Fee Policy which requires you to have a valid credit card on file or provide a $20 cash deposit with Osceola REALTORS®. No-Shows will result in a $20 dollar no-show fee and the EPCAR member's account will be locked until the no show fee is paid. Those who do not abide by the policy will not be allowed in the class. Cancellations must be in writing (2) business days to the start of the class and sent via email to education@osceola-realtors.com.
