This course focuses on everything waterfront: from understanding the environment to building a waterfront home! Starting off you will learn the fundamentals of buying and selling waterfront property, and the dive deeper learning everything about property inspections to construction, preparing you as a true Waterfront Specialist.

INSTRUCTOR: Kelly Lee McFrederick is a native of Clearwater Beach and graduate of the University of Florida. She is an avid tennis player, golfer, and has spent a lifetime boating on Florida waterways. She grew up on the water, and in 2021 purchased a waterfront historic home with every challenge.
Kelly Lee began her real estate journey in 2003, working as an Accredited Staging Professional Master with “Stagedhomes.com.” She later became a trainer and speaker in the Florida marketplace, introducing Home Staging to a growing market of Realtors® and sellers. Kelly Lee acquired her Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Instructor licenses in 2004 and 2006 respectively.
