Objections are part of the process. As with any sales, a professional’s job is to understand the objection and successfully handle it. By the end of this course, real estate agents will have gained a deep understanding of objection handling, honed their communication and negotiation skills, and learned to close deals effectively, even in the face of challenging objections and fierce competition. Participants will leave with the confidence and expertise needed to excel in the real estate industry.
Objectives:
Upon completion of this course, will be able to:
● Identify common objections and their underlying motivations
● Develop effective rapport building techniques
● Create a foundation for objection handling
● Understand and utilize the feel-felt-found technique
● Overcome pricing objections
● Address location and property condition objections
