This class is taught by Anthony Velardi of Key Largo Law. Anthony will be discussing the Commercial Contract to help each Realtor better understand what is required. All questions, will be answered during the class.

Anthony also represents clients regarding various areas of the law such as land use, zoning, condominium/homeowners’ associations, landlord/tenant, business, probate, guardianships, asset protection, wills, and trusts. Anthony has written many articles regarding various real estate topics over the years and is a member of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law (RPPTL) Section of The Florida Bar.
