Course Description

Many people have a desire to invest in real estate but do not know how to go about doing it or

what to invest in. We will look at different alternative investments and ways to structure the

property acquisition. By the end of this course, you will have an understanding of different

investment opportunities outside of traditional real estate investment and some alternative

ways to structure the investment acquisition, operation and disposition.
