Description
This course is designed to help Realtors® truly understand what a goal is and how is is defined. It will then guide students towards calculating realistic yet optimistic goals for themselves. Finally, it will prepare and motivate them to structure their day around their goals, which will allow them to prioritize and work smarter.
Objectives:
- List the key elements goal.
- Determine statistical information regarding their sales price and the percentage of buyers versus sellers
- Know where their leads come from that result in closed transactions.
- Calculate their average commission earned.
