I am a Lakeland FL native, I handle Business Development and Commercial Sales for Browning Moving & Storage where we hope to be your movers for life.

Born and raised in East Polk County, I was fortunate to grow up enjoying the lakes, attractions, and beautiful weather that this area boasts.  Sticking around the Central Florida community, I received my Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida as a commuter student while beginning my life with my husband (and business partner), Trey.  While satisfying a degree requirement, I shadowed an elementary school teacher…and I fell in love with teaching.  I spent the next 12 years teaching elementary school which worked out perfectly, as Trey and I were soon blessed with our daughter, Brianna.  The education system started with some disheartening changes and I decided to retire from that career while I still had wonderful memories.  I went on to earn my Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Warner University and then acquired my Real Estate license.  I have been working in real estate sales and property management in the East Polk County area since 2013, earning my Broker’s License in 2018.  It has been an incredible experience getting to work with a variety of people, in various locations, with an array of different properties.  I look forward to working with the members of our community for many years to come!

Janelle was born and raised in Polk County, Florida and has been an active Realtor® since 2003. She has been married to Bill for 21 years and has 3 beautiful daughters. Janelle first earned her Bachelor's of Science degree from the University of Florida in 1998 but then went on to get her real estate license a few years later. Education has been very important in Janelle's career and not only did she obtain her broker's license in 2016, she has earned the following designations: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Performance Management Network (PMN), At Home With Diversity (AHWD), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certificate (SFR) and e-PRO Certification.

Janelle has been very active in her local and state associations from the beginning. She has served or chaired on numerous committees with East Polk County Association of Realtors® (EPCAR) over the years and served as President for 15 months in 2009-2010. Janelle was overwhelmed when she was presented with EPCAR's Realtor® of the Year in 2009. She went on to be District 10 Vice President of Florida Realtors® in 2011. While having the opportunity to contribute her time to many state committees over the years, she proudly served as Chair of the Convention Committee in 2013 and Chair of the Communications Committee in 2019. Janelle is currently serving as Florida Realtors® District 10 RPAC Trustee.

Janelle is an avid runner and loves to read. She is part of the choir at Legacy Community Church and is a member of The Joy FM's Team Freedom (running to bring awareness to human trafficking).
