NATALIE HAWTHORNE.

Natalie is a Real Estate Broker Professional and Owner of NH Realty Group, LLC -

Auburndale, FL.  She is driven by a deep belief in home ownership and real estate investment. She also has the energy and an extensive

involvement in her field of skill. She is a dedicated, self-driven professional who believes in

utilizing her impeccable marketing and sales skills to provide the best selling and buying

experience of homes for her clients. What’s more, she believes that when you are buying or selling your home, you need a dedicated professional who is experienced, solution- oriented, and committed to serving her clients. She thus uses this experience to thoroughly understand her client’s needs, analyze market conditions, and provide her clients with the in-depth information they need to make timely and accurate decisions.

Her Marketing and Branding expertise has landed her on NBC12 and other

networks, she also have over 10 years in Corporate Treasury experience. 

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Central Florida.

When she is not busy working, she enjoys paper crafts, designing, and watching funny movies

with her husband.

Central Florida resident since 1985 and I was a Realtor as well as a Property Manager from 1997 - 2016, entirely with Coldwell Banker Brandon.

In my first year of business , 1997, I received the New Associate Achievement Award for Coldwell Banker in Florida.

From 1998 - 2016 I was a multi-million dollar producer every year and received various awards.

From 1999 – 2016 I was also a property manager for Coldwell Banker with 60+ single family homes.

Starting mid December 2016 I accepted the position of Branch Manager in the Winter Haven Coldwell Banker office where we have grown our market share and are often the #1 brokerage in East Polk County.

Starting September 2022 I accepted to also manage the Lakeland Coldwell Banker office.

I am a full time Realtor with RE/MAX Heritage Professionals located in the Winter Haven area of Polk County Florida. I work together with my daughter Meagan. We are originally from the Erie area of Pennsylvania. I have been married 30+ years to my husband who currently works as a detective for the Polk County Sheriff. We have lived in Polk County for 6+ years. In our spare time we enjoy boating on the Chain of Lakes and on occasion in the Tampa Bay area. When time permits we love to venture to the beautiful beaches that Florida has to offer. We attend Haven Worship Center which I would highly recommend if you are looking for a home church. Having made a few moves ourselves we find it exciting knowing that we have the potential to make a difference in someone else’s life.
