<span style="font-size: 13.3333px;">The Professional Standards Committee conducts Ethics & Arbitration hearings regarding alleged violations of the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS®. </span><break style="font-size: 13.3333px;">Members must attend the Professional Standards training program presented by the Association to be eligible to serve on this committee during the current year. Members must have served on the Grievance Committee for at least 2 years.</break>

Central Florida resident since 1985 and I was a Realtor as well as a Property Manager from 1997 - 2016, entirely with Coldwell Banker Brandon.
In my first year of business , 1997, I received the New Associate Achievement Award for Coldwell Banker in Florida.
From 1998 - 2016 I was a multi-million dollar producer every year and received various awards.
From 1999 – 2016 I was also a property manager for Coldwell Banker with 60+ single family homes.
Starting mid December 2016 I accepted the position of Branch Manager in the Winter Haven Coldwell Banker office where we have grown our market share and are often the #1 brokerage in East Polk County.
Starting September 2022 I accepted to also manage the Lakeland Coldwell Banker office.
