Policies, Procedures, and By-laws

     I have been in Real Estate since 2004, first in Missouri then moving to Florida in 2016 and getting my Broker/Sales Assoicate license. 

      I have three grown children as well as 6 grand children.  I enjoy being active in the community in which I live as well as my local church.  

     I work extensively with the senior communities although also enjoy working with first time home buyers.  

     The designations I have are SRES, ABR, and GRI.  Continuing to learn all the processes of Real Estate is something I really enjoy.

Lamanda has been a licensed in the real estate industry since 2004. She was born and raised here in Polk County. She has been  married to Mike Jones for 36 years and they have raised their 3 children here. She has four beautiful grandchildren who call her "Lolly" and who call Mike "Pop". She is active in her church and community. Serving in a leadership roles is her way of giving back to the community.

Janelle was born and raised in Polk County, Florida and has been an active Realtor® since 2003. She has been married to Bill for 21 years and has 3 beautiful daughters. Janelle first earned her Bachelor's of Science degree from the University of Florida in 1998 but then went on to get her real estate license a few years later. Education has been very important in Janelle's career and not only did she obtain her broker's license in 2016, she has earned the following designations: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Performance Management Network (PMN), At Home With Diversity (AHWD), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certificate (SFR) and e-PRO Certification.

Janelle has been very active in her local and state associations from the beginning. She has served or chaired on numerous committees with East Polk County Association of Realtors® (EPCAR) over the years and served as President for 15 months in 2009-2010. Janelle was overwhelmed when she was presented with EPCAR's Realtor® of the Year in 2009. She went on to be District 10 Vice President of Florida Realtors® in 2011. While having the opportunity to contribute her time to many state committees over the years, she proudly served as Chair of the Convention Committee in 2013 and Chair of the Communications Committee in 2019. Janelle is currently serving as Florida Realtors® District 10 RPAC Trustee.

Janelle is an avid runner and loves to read. She is part of the choir at Legacy Community Church and is a member of The Joy FM's Team Freedom (running to bring awareness to human trafficking).

Originally from the UK, with an MBA from Sheffield Business School and over 25 years in business development and senior management roles in the UK Banking and Insurance sectors. A member of the IBBA (International Business Brokers Assoc.) and the BBF (Business Brokers of Florida) Steve has represented and guided hundreds of overseas clients buying and selling real estate in Central Florida over the last 19 years he has also assisted fellow Entrepreneurs purchasing businesses and emigrating to Florida to live the American Dream.
