 A native Floridian born and raised in Orlando, she has proudly called Winter Haven home for the past 18 years. After dedicating 23 years to serving others in the Army, she retired and sought a new career that allowed her to continue making a positive impact. Inspired by her love of problem-solving and helping people, Dawn found her calling in home inspections.

As the owner of Home Team Inspection Services of Lakeland, she combines a team-based approach with efficiency, modern technology, and a personal commitment to superior customer service. When she’s not working, Dawn enjoys exploring local Florida trails, spending time with her family, and cheering on her favorite track team, Winter Haven High School. She values integrity, strong community connections, and helping clients feel confident in their decisions.
