Budget and Finance

     I have been in Real Estate since 2004, first in Missouri then moving to Florida in 2016 and getting my Broker/Sales Assoicate license. 

      I have three grown children as well as 6 grand children.  I enjoy being active in the community in which I live as well as my local church.  

     I work extensively with the senior communities although also enjoy working with first time home buyers.  

     The designations I have are SRES, ABR, and GRI.  Continuing to learn all the processes of Real Estate is something I really enjoy.

Julie is on staff at Keller Williams Realty Smart 1 in Winter Haven. Her passion in her position as Director of Business Development is helping new and newer agents to get off to a strong start in the profession. She has a rich leadership history as Qualifying Broker for a large brokerage in Palm Beach county before becoming Broker/Owner of Treasure Palm Realty in Tequesta, FL. Julie merged her business into Keller Williams in 2013 so she could offer more resources and support to her agents.  She was Assistant Team Leader/Broker on Site for KW Palm Beaches and KW Treasure Coast before taking on her role as Team Leader for over 230 agents at KW Treasure Coast. Julie also served on the Board of Directors for the Jupiter Tequesta Hobe Sound REALTOR Association for two years and as President of the Women's Council of REALTORS JTHS Chapter. Her husband Don's job brought them to Polk Co. late 2020 where she is excited to meet new people and serve EPCAR as her primary Association. 

Janelle was born and raised in Polk County, Florida and has been an active Realtor® since 2003. She has been married to Bill for 21 years and has 3 beautiful daughters. Janelle first earned her Bachelor's of Science degree from the University of Florida in 1998 but then went on to get her real estate license a few years later. Education has been very important in Janelle's career and not only did she obtain her broker's license in 2016, she has earned the following designations: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Performance Management Network (PMN), At Home With Diversity (AHWD), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certificate (SFR) and e-PRO Certification.

Janelle has been very active in her local and state associations from the beginning. She has served or chaired on numerous committees with East Polk County Association of Realtors® (EPCAR) over the years and served as President for 15 months in 2009-2010. Janelle was overwhelmed when she was presented with EPCAR's Realtor® of the Year in 2009. She went on to be District 10 Vice President of Florida Realtors® in 2011. While having the opportunity to contribute her time to many state committees over the years, she proudly served as Chair of the Convention Committee in 2013 and Chair of the Communications Committee in 2019. Janelle is currently serving as Florida Realtors® District 10 RPAC Trustee.

Janelle is an avid runner and loves to read. She is part of the choir at Legacy Community Church and is a member of The Joy FM's Team Freedom (running to bring awareness to human trafficking).
