You're holding the key to increased sales and listings; this session is designed to help licensees work more successfully with the major sources of listings. How? By providing the licensee with the tools and systems necessary to contact sources of marketable listings.
Objectives:
- Identify sources of prospects
- Qualifying prospects
- Adhering to the CAN-SPAM ACT of 2003
- Establishing canvassing areas
- Develop a plan to maintain contact with prospects
- Identify Buyer Motivations

No-Shows will result in a $20 dollar no-show fee and the EPCAR member's account will be locked until the no show fee is paid. Those who do not abide by the policy will not be allowed in the class.
