Description
Take this class and you'll learn how to market properties smoothly and well. You'll build a reputation for competence and dependability. You'll demonstrate your competency to sellers by systematically providing them with the information and contact they need. You'll gain the information and skills you'll need to accomplish these goals through the materials and exercises provided in this unit.
Objectives:
- Plan and execute an advertising/marketing campaign.
- Develop a plan to maintain a positive working relationship with customers.
- Identify the best marketing method for individual properties
- Cancellation and No-Show Fee Policy: By registering for this class, you acknowledge the No-Show Fee Policy which requires you to have a valid credit card on file or provide a $20 cash deposit with Osceola REALTORS®. No-Shows will result in a $20 dollar no-show fee and the EPCAR member's account will be locked until the no show fee is paid. Those who do not abide by the policy will not be allowed in the class. Cancellations must be in writing (2) business days to the start of the class and sent via email to education@osceola-realtors.com.
