Description
This course covers how an agent can learn to priceproperties in a competitive or changing market. The students are introduced tothe concepts of appraisal versus a CMA, and the general descriptions of each,as well as the legal obligations that an agent has in Florida with respect to aCMA?when it can be done, what disclaimers apply, etc.
Objectives:
- Define pricing, valuation, appraisals and CMA
- How Florida Statue 475.612 relates to valuation reports
- Identify the challenge for pricing properties
- Know how to read the market
- Cancellation and No-Show Fee Policy: By registering for this class, you acknowledge the No-Show Fee Policy which requires you to have a valid credit card on file or provide a $20 cash deposit with Osceola REALTORS®. No-Shows will result in a $20 dollar no-show fee and the EPCAR member's account will be locked until the no show fee is paid. Those who do not abide by the policy will not be allowed in the class. Cancellations must be in writing (2) business days to the start of the class and sent via email to education@osceola-realtors.com.
