Description

This required Professional Standards training is designed for Board of Directors members and committee chairs who serve in leadership or decision-making roles. The course provides a comprehensive overview of the Professional Standards process, including roles and responsibilities, procedural expectations, due process, and best practices for handling ethics and grievance matters. 

Participants will gain a clearer understanding of how Professional Standards cases are administered, how committees function, and the importance of consistency, fairness, and confidentiality throughout the process. This training also serves as a refresher for experienced leaders and a foundational learning opportunity for those new to Professional Standards service. 

Successful completion of this training fulfills the three (3) CE credits required for the Code of Ethics mandate through Florida Realtors and NAR.

Attendance is strongly encouraged for anyone serving or preparing to serve, on Professional Standards - related committees.
