Learning Objectives:
1. The Realtor shall understand key terms associated with probate and shall be able to correctly identify whether or not a probate is necessary in order to buy/sell the subject property.
2. The Realtor shall be able to effectively communicate with their client the steps necessary in order to sell or purchase a property that is going through probate and will be able to effectuate Listing Agreements and As-Is Contracts for probate properties.
3. The Realtor shall be provided with no fewer than three (3) strategies to market for and obtain probate listings.
