Course Description
This course is a masterclass on the negotiation game-changing book Never Split the Difference
by Chris Voss. It has been said this book is one of the greatest negotiating books of all time.
Over three sessions, we will be examining the wisdom and practical experience provided
through the stories and examples in the book. Students will learn new ways to think and
conduct negotiations…ultimately help both their customers and themselves.
