Be The Change Fair housing (Zoom)

Description

This course Fulfills 2 hours of Fair Housing. All active members must take Fair Housing class once every 3 years. The applicable dates are the same for all Realtors irrespective of when they join. The current cycle began January 1, 2025 and ends December 31, 2027. All active Realtor members must take a Fair Housing class sometime between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2027. Failure to meet the mandate is a violation of membership requirements and will result in suspension of membership until the requirement is met or until membership is automatically terminated. This class meets the NAR mandated requirement for completion of Fair Housing. By registering for this class you acknowledge the No-Show Fee Policy. • Cancellation and No-Show Fee Policy: By registering for this class, you acknowledge the No-Show Fee Policy which requires you to have a valid credit card on file or provide a $20 cash deposit with Osceola REALTORS®. No-Shows will result in a $20 dollar no-show fee and the EPCAR member's account will be locked until the no show fee is paid. Those who do not abide by the policy will not be allowed in the class. Cancellations must be in writing (2) business days to the start of the class and sent via email to education@osceola-realtors.com.
