Hey there! I'm Randi Golemme, REALTOR® , Florida Notary and entrepreneur. I enjoy working with first time homebuyers within Polk County, and the surroundings areas who are looking for the guidance, to answering their questions and sometimes, to help eliminate their fears in purchasing their first home.

I was born on Long Island, New York, and moved to South Florida in 1990 and now call SE Polk County my home since 2007. I've been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. As a Realtor in the Polk County area, I specialize in New Home Sales and Construction for over a decade. You may also recognize me as a Transaction Coordinator, Owner of  Your Transaction Exchange, LLC (TC).

Building relationships is my goal in helping homebuyers find the best home. With building these relationships, it makes me so proud and drives everything I do!

When I'm not helping people find their new home, or assisting our agents on the title side- I can be found enjoying time with my family, friends, (and our mini farm of dogs, a cat, tortoise, a rabbit and 2 goats), beach vacations, cruising, reading a good book or binge watching a good Netflix or reality TV series!
