Trade Show-Tailgate Theme

Description

Tailgate Theme for all booths (football, hockey, basketball, etc.).

Everyone is invited to come out in your favorite Team Gear or Business Attire and meet Business Partners who will help them in the growth of their careers as a Realtor! Lunch in the form of tailgate food will be provided for all attendees and vendors.

We are asking every attendee and vendor to bring nonperishable food for Kidspack. A representative will be present if you would like more information about Kidspack.

A representative from St. Joeseph Catholic School will also have a booth for everyone to meet as they are Michael Brenner's Charity of Choice. You can also bring school supplies to donate for the school.


ROOKIE CARDS for drawings:

Attendees will be able to stop by each booth and collect the full set of “Rookie Cards” of each vendor to be entered into a drawing for 3 prizes. 


Most Valuable Partner (MVP) Award

Attendees will be choosing the BP table with the “Most Valuable Parnert” to award a prize at the end of the Trade Show.

Prices for Sponsorship:

Pime Location $200- MEMBERS ONLY (6 spots available)

  • Pre-setup 10’ X 20’ tent in prime locations
  • Setup a tailgate themed tent to host games to draw members in
  • You will have 100 Rookie Cards to hand out to Attendee to have them enter a drawing
    • You will need to have your photo for the Rookie Card turned in by 9/13
  • 1 wristband to enter Margaritaville
  • Ability to have a raffle
  • You will receive all attendees contact information after the event.


Regular 10’ X 10’ Space $150 MEMBERS ONLY (Possibly 43-62 spots available for Members/Non-Members)

  • Bring your own table and a 10’ X 10’ tent
    • If you don’t have a tent, you will still have the 10’ X 10’ space
  • Setup a tailgate themed tent to host games to draw members in
  • You will have 100 Rookie Cards to hand out to Attendees to have them enter a drawing
    • You will need to have your photo for the Rookie Card turned in by 9/13
  • 1 wristband to enter Margaritaville
  • Ability to have a raffle

Sponsors setup is on 10/22 9am to 11am, event begins at 11am to 2pm


Members will pick the MVP (Most Valuable Partner)-their favorite tent


Tailgate prize package prizes for attendees after they turn in the rookie cards from each sponsor


$15 wristbands available for purchase.
