This is a FREC-approved class that satisfies the biennial requirement for your license renewal of March 31st, 2024 through September 2025. The course will also provide relevant updates specific to Florida condos and homeowners insurance, foreign buyers in Florida and the new Fair Housing class requirement for the National Association of REALTORS®.
