Nightlight Christian Adoptions was founded in 1959 and is a full-service, Hague accredited child placement agency. In 1997, Nightlight pioneered the first embryo adoption program, Snowflakes Embryo Adoption, offering this unique adoption choice to families. Nightlight programs also include comprehensive International, Foster Care, Domestic, and Home Study adoption services. We assist families in all 50 states with licensed offices in California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, South Carolina, Kentucky, Missouri, Texas, and Oklahoma. Nightlight has completed more than 3,000 domestic adoptions, 3,500 international adoptions, and 900 embryo adoptions. Nightlight's mission is to share God's love by:

BIG NEWS FROM FREC - The Division of Real Estate has updated the Broker Change Notification process.

The updated process will notify the previous Broker, via email, when a Sales Associate has updated their license status with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to another Real Estate Brokerage. The change is now live in the system and brokers should soon start to receive emails.

Anne Furlow, Step by Stage Design,

has always had an eye for design ever since she was young. She followed her passion by attending the International Academy of Design & Technology (IADT) in Tampa, FL, studying Interior Design. She has over 10 years’ experience working for several home builders and remodelers and has been staging since 2009, starting her own business (Step by Stage Interiors) in 2011. In 2010, Anne received the Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) certification. Anne is also a member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) and holds her RESA PRO designation. She is a certified staging instructor through RESA in the state of Florida. Her accolades include Parade of Homes 2011, 2012, 2013, 2018, 2021; 1st & 2nd Place Remodels/Showcase homes, along with receiving the Best of Lakeland 2018, 2019, 2020 award for Interior Design by the Lakeland Awards Program! Anne is an accomplished motivator, public speaker, and often a “go-to” person for local realtors in her area who need a competitive advantage that her professional staging business can offer. She has been recognized by RESA as one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in Real Estate Staging from 2018 – 2020 and a 2021 Nominee. She has locally mentored new home stagers to the industry, helping them with business plans, start-ups, guidance, and resources. She has also been part of the RESA (Real Estate Staging Association) Masterminds retreat/course, helping progress and develop the home staging industry across North America.

 

Anne resides in the Historic District in Lakeland, FL with her husband and business partner, Patrick. They enjoy going to the Downtown Lakeland farmer’s market on weekends and supporting local. In her free time, Anne enjoys restoring furniture, reading, eating healthy, and weekend getaways. She’s often found sitting on the front porch or lounging in the backyard at the pool, entertaining neighbors.
