Nightlight Christian Adoptions was founded in 1959 and is a full-service, Hague accredited child placement agency. In 1997, Nightlight pioneered the first embryo adoption program, Snowflakes Embryo Adoption, offering this unique adoption choice to families. Nightlight programs also include comprehensive International, Foster Care, Domestic, and Home Study adoption services. We assist families in all 50 states with licensed offices in California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, South Carolina, Kentucky, Missouri, Texas, and Oklahoma. Nightlight has completed more than 3,000 domestic adoptions, 3,500 international adoptions, and 900 embryo adoptions. Nightlight's mission is to share God's love by:

  • Helping children, both domestic and international, to find loving families.
  • Assisting birthparents and genetic parents in making a wise and loving plan for their child’s future.
  • Preparing families to be committed and effective parents to adopted children.
  • Recognizing and advocating the personhood of pre-born children.
  • Securing permanency for children in foster care, whether through family reunification or certifying foster parents open to adoption.

With your generous sponsorship we will be able to provide a pregnant mother with a bag of needed essential items such as:

  • Prenatal Vitamins

Many thanks to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Florida Real Estate Commission, and Division of Real Estate for this change.

DOJ Information on ADA Website Accessibility

    • The DOJ does not provide a regulation setting out detailed standards, but has a new webpage with information about how state and local governments (entities covered by ADA Title II) and businesses open to the public (entities covered by ADA Title III) can use existing standards to make their websites accessible to people with disabilities in line with the ADA’s requirements.
    • In the absence of a formal regulation, businesses will have flexibility in how they comply with the ADA’s general requirements of nondiscrimination and effective communication, but they must comply with the ADA’s requirements.
    • NAR continues to recommend that real estate professionals work with their website vendors to conduct accessibility audits of their business websites to identify and address accessibility deficiencies.
    • Existing technical standards provide helpful guidance concerning how to ensure accessibility of website features.
    • These include the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and the Section 508 Standards, which the federal government uses for its own websites.
    • In the meantime, NAR will continue to advocate that the DOJ issues a regulation that provides clear standards that take into consideration the challenges for businesses that develop and maintain accessible websites.
    • NAR has two Windows to the Law videos that give a brief overview of the issue:
    • https://www.nar.realtor/window-to-the-law/ada-and-website-accessibility-update
