Hello EPCAR Members,
We are Orgova Home Inspections, and my name is Gregg A. Karas a Florida licensed, InterNACHI certified home inspector. We thank EPCAR for allowing us to share our company's information with all of you and show you how we can help you get more clients, complete more closings, and achieve smoother real estate transactions.
As your Inspection company, you can rest assured we possess deep knowledge and understanding of homes, their systems, and structures based on my unique blend of knowledge, experience, and ability to consult with your clients in a consultative easy to understand approach. With 30 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer, 25 of those years involved in various aspects of construction, you can be confident your clients are in the best hands when working with Orgova Home Inspections.
The Orgova Difference: We provide the following inspection services: comprehensive home inspections, repair verifications, 4 Point, Wind Mitigation, Mobile/Modular Homes, New Home pre-closing & phases, pool/spa, home renovations, initial WDO, and more. Infrared - Thermal Imaging is included with every comprehensive home inspection. We never rush our inspections, and we provide as much time as needed to complete the most comprehensive inspection a home and your client require.
Every system and structure of a home are equally important, but the electrical system of a home can be both complicated and hazardous. Get To Know Us: My family and I live in Auburndale. When not performing inspections, you will probably find us playing in the theme parks or enjoying the beautiful sunshine in our backyard. We moved to Central Florida to support our son Jake, as he is Autistic, has special needs, and requires the support of his family to navigate his way through college. Jake didn’t speak until he was 6, was educated in self-contained classrooms until high school and I am so proud to share that he is a 2nd semester sophomore at Florida Polytechnic studying Computer Engineering. Our daughter Kierra has been a figure and speed-skating special Olympics coach and volunteer for the past 7 years and is exploring her future studies when she graduates high school next year. When you call the office, you will most likely speak to my wife, Nancy, who prides herself on top-notch customer service and handles all the behind-the-scenes work of Orgova Home Inspections. As a family we try to encourage, inspire, and volunteer in our community - especially with special needs organizations.
