In 1978 D.R. Horton broke ground on our first home in Fort Worth, Texas. Since that day more than 850,000 homebuyers have realized their own American dream by purchasing a home from our diverse family of brands including D.R. Horton, Express Homes, Emerald Homes and Freedom Homes. The Central Florida Division has grown tremendously over the last several years. To accommodate our forecast of continued strong growth on October 1st the Orlando West Division, serving Polk and Lake County, was created.
This division split will allow our team to manage our growth as a homebuilder while remaining close access to our outstanding communities, amazing teams, and our wonderful homebuyers!
