Founder and Attorney Denise Tessier has been an insurance, corporate and regulatory lawyer for over 25 years. Now home in Lake Wales, Florida, she serves clients across Polk County with a main office in Winter Haven and appointments available in Lakeland, Davenport, by Zoom or in-home.
Denise is a member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys (“the Academy”), a national organization committed to providing quality estate planning through its strong network of member firms. In addition, she is an active member of a number of legal and community organizations, including the
Estate Planning and Real Property Chapter of the Florida Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Lawyers (NAELA), and Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys (AFELA), the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (FAWL), American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) (Lakeland Chapter),Business Networking International (BNI) and the Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce.
Denise is happily married to former British citizen, and enjoys international travel. She is an amateur painter and supports a wide range of museums, visual and performing arts. She enjoys pickleball, yoga, golf, and Brittany Spaniels, and volunteers as a Child Guardian Ad Litem for children in the foster care system. You will often find her at concerts and festivals, and hanging out with friends playing cards at craft breweries
